Menterra Office
A 2500 square feet commercial floor in a high rise building in Indiranagar, Bangalore was to be refurbished as an office space for Menterra- a Venture Capitalist company. As time and cost were the key indicative factors governing the design, we adopted a minimal approach to the design intervention so that the office would be operational within a month from the time of engagement.
We integrated numerous cabinets & planter boxes to optimize dead spaces around the columns. The frosted glass screens allow an element of transparency within the office which allows this office to be a close knit one and have interactions between the different spaces.
We selected a trio of colours & textures that pay a bold homage to the 3 primary fields of expertise that embody the company’s strength & trust.
There is a balance between bold materials to set an impression and lighter, delicate materials to symbolise transparency and groundedness.
The office was to be inviting to all kinds of entrepreneurial businesses with an open floor plan with dedicated meeting rooms, conference rooms and a common working space.
